Internship Details

Interview Process

  1. Application Review — We review your submission within 48 hours.
  2. Short Assignment — A 24 to 48 hour take-home task relevant to your role.
  3. Interview — 15 to 20 minute online call (Google Meet). Technical + culture fit.
  4. Offer — If selected, you receive an offer letter within 24 hours.
  5. Joining — On-site in Lucknow. Day 1 includes NDA signing and onboarding.

What We Expect

  • Self-driven work ethic. No hand-holding.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Startups move fast.
  • Willingness to learn new things daily.
  • Physical presence in Lucknow (remote not available).
  • Ethical handling of patient data (if applicable to role).
  • Team player with clear communication.
  • Minimum 80% attendance.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Confidentiality: All work, data, code, and research is confidential property of Biotech Wallah Pvt. Ltd. NDA signing required on Day 1.
  2. IP Ownership: All intellectual property created during the internship belongs to the company.
  3. Attendance: Minimum 80% attendance required. 3 consecutive unexcused absences may result in termination.
  4. Code of Conduct: Professional behavior expected at all times. Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.
  5. Data Privacy: Interns handling patient data must follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 guidelines. Violation results in immediate termination and potential legal action.
  6. Notice Period: 2 weeks written notice required before leaving. No notice may result in withholding of certificate.
  7. Equipment: Company provides workspace and tools. Personal laptop/device is the intern's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
  8. Stipend Payment: Monthly, disbursed by the 7th of the following month via bank transfer.
  9. No Guarantee: Internship does not guarantee full-time employment.
  10. Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate the internship with 1 week notice for underperformance or policy violations.
